PICKUP & DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon time.
If an order is not picked up during the arranged window, Sweet Baked is not responsible for replacements or refunds.
Delivery availability and fees will be shown at checkout when offered.

Our products may contain or may come in contact with allergens including but not limited to:
milk, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, nuts, peanuts, and chocolate.

  • Items damaged after pickup or delivery

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Sweet Baked, every order is made fresh and handcrafted with care. Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur. Please review our policy below.

TERMS OF RETURN
Due to the nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered or picked up.
We will gladly assist you if your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or there is a quality issue.
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for any concerns.

STATE OF RETURN
Photos are required to review any product or packaging issue.
Items must be in the same condition you received them.

REASONS FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • You received the incorrect item
  • There is a confirmed quality issue

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Disliking the flavor
  • Items left outside, mishandled, or not stored properly

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To begin a claim, email us at: sweetbakedTx@gmail.com
Include:

  1. Your full name
  2. Order number
  3. Description of the issue
  4. Photos of the product and packaging

We will respond within 1–3 business days.

REFUND PROCESS
If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank
  • Some issues may qualify for a replacement instead of a refund

Sweet Baked reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the evidence provided.
